Terms and Conditions of Purchase

• For purchases done before 12.00 pm, the items will be dispatched on the same day (subject to stock availability). Purchases done after 12pm will be considered as next day's order.
• At the moment, we only accept payment through banking transfer. Emmanuel Kanography's account number (Maybank) will only be given after you confirm the order. As our business grows, we will strive to provide you with the more convenient payment methods.
  
• If you reside in Penang, we provide COD (Cash-on-delivery) facility with 50% down payment.
  
• All items will be delivered by reliable delivery services and we will provide you with the tracking number.
